LOGIC launches HudlDock to simplify AV deployment for modern huddle rooms
LOGIC is expanding its workplace solutions portfolio beyond large meeting rooms, positioning itself to serve the fast-growing market for smaller, technology-enabled collaboration spaces.
As enterprises continue redesigning offices around hybrid work and smaller collaboration spaces, the need for AV infrastructure that can be deployed quickly without expensive installations is growing. Bengaluru-based LOGIC is aiming to address that demand with the launch of HudlDock, a new tabletop collaboration solution designed to simplify the deployment of technology-enabled huddle rooms and agile meeting spaces.
HudlDock expands the company’s Workspaces portfolio and complements the recently launched LOGIC Pods, which are designed for larger boardrooms and training centres. Together, the two products are intended to provide enterprises with a scalable AV ecosystem spanning everything from conference halls to compact meeting spaces.
Unlike traditional meeting room installations that rely on wall mounting and extensive cabling, HudlDock integrates display mounting, video conferencing support and cable management into a single freestanding tabletop unit. LOGIC says the solution features a tool-free installation process that enables organizations to set up a fully functional collaboration space in under 30 minutes.
The company also says the design makes it easier for businesses to reconfigure office layouts by eliminating the need for permanent wall installations. Its hardware-agnostic architecture supports a wide range of commercial displays and unified communications platforms, allowing enterprises to continue using their existing AV equipment.
“With LOGIC Pods, we streamlined AV infrastructure for boardrooms and large collaborative hubs. HudlDock completes that ecosystem by bringing the same clean, structured design to smaller, agile spaces,” said Pankaj Bellad, Chief Business Officer, Online Instruments (India) Limited.
Bellad added that deploying AV technology in huddle spaces has traditionally required coordination between IT teams, facilities managers and system integrators. He said HudlDock is designed to reduce that complexity, enabling organizations to deploy professional collaboration spaces more quickly while minimizing downtime.
On the hardware front, HudlDock supports commercial displays ranging from 32 inches to 55 inches and weighing up to 35kg. It is compatible with VESA mounting patterns from 200 × 200 mm to 600 × 400 mm, features a manually adjustable display mount for improved ergonomics, and includes an integrated videobar mount that can be positioned above or below the display. An optional built-in Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is also available to help conceal wiring and reduce desktop clutter.
The launch reflects a broader shift in enterprise workplace technology, with organizations increasingly investing in modular collaboration infrastructure that can adapt to evolving office layouts and hybrid work environments. Rather than treating AV systems as permanent installations, businesses are increasingly adopting flexible, hardware-agnostic solutions that reduce deployment time while maintaining compatibility with existing collaboration platforms.
